Terms and Conditions for Online E-Draws 

 

Welcome to Hallab 1881 e-draw! Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the platform or participate in the e-draws.

 

 

1. Eligibility: 

 

• Participants must be of legal age according to their country's laws to participate in the e-draws.

 

• Participants must provide accurate and truthful information, including but not limited to their identity details matching the official ID card or passport.  

 

• Participants will only receive a link in the order confirmation email once placing an order on Hallab 1881 International and Europe online stores.

 

• Each entry into the e-draw is associated with one unique link. Multiple entries are permitted if participants have purchased multiple times.

 

• Purchases refer to prepacked boxes displayed on Hallab 1881 International and Europe online stores. Online orders placed on Lebanon store are excluded from entering the draw.

 

• Customers utilizing their Loyalty program (Merits) are ineligible for the draw.

 

• Customers who have received a discount (online voucher) are not eligible for the draw.

 

 

2. Fraud and Hacking: 

 

• Any attempt to commit fraud, manipulate, or hack the e-draws system will result in  immediate disqualification and potential legal action. 

 

• We reserve the right to disqualify any participant suspected of engaging in fraudulent  activities without prior notice. 

 

 

3. Disqualification: 

 

• We reserve the right to disqualify any participant if we detect any malicious actions or  breach of these terms and conditions. 

 

• Disqualification may occur at any stage of the e-draws process, including before, during, or  after the draw. 

 

• The web number must match a valid invoice on our system, failure to match will disqualify the participant. 

 

• Invoices must be dated after May 20 to be considered valid. 

 

 

4. User Responsibility: 

 

• Winner of the e-draw must claim their prize within 6 months.

 

• Winner must present their official ID or passport to claim their prize. 

 

 

5. Privacy and Data Protection: 

 

• We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of our participants. All  data collected during the e-draws will be securely stored and will not be shared with third  parties. 

 

 

6. Limitation of Liability: 

 

• We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the e-draws,  including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential loss.

 

• Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. 

 

 

7. Amendments:

 

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the e-draws or these terms and  conditions at any time without prior notice. 

 

• Any changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on  our platform. 

 

 

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 

 

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.

 

 

By participating in our e-draws, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to  abide by these terms and conditions.
